Tender pork chops meet a crunchy, cheesy crust in these mouthwatering Parmesan Baked Pork Chops. Coating pork chops in breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese before baking them to perfection is the contemporary twist on a classic Italian meal. Impress your loved ones with this dish that combines pork with Parmesan cheese for a delectable flavor.

As a main dish, these pork chops go well with a number of vegetables that bring out their natural sweetness. To complement the savoury pork chops, try roasted garlic mashed potatoes, which have a creamy texture and a hint of garlic. Sautéed green beans are another great side dish since they are bright and refreshing. To balance off the heaviness of the pork chops, try serving them with a crisp salad dressed with a tart vinaigrette.

Pork Chops Baked with Parmesan:

  • Four pork chops that have been boneless
  • 1/4 cup of Parmesan
  • 100 grams of Italian breadcrumbs
  • a tablespoon of canola oil
  • a dash of black pepper powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon of powdered garlic

Instructions:

Turn the oven on high heat (350°F). Use foil or parchment paper to line a baking sheet; it will make cleaning a breeze.

2. In a small basin, mix together the Parmesan cheese, panko crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. After removing any extra moisture from the pork chops using a paper towel, coat them equally with olive oil and sprinkle it on both sides.

4. Coat each pork chop with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture by dipping it in the mixture and pressing down firmly.

5. Arrange the breaded pork chops on the baking sheet that has been preheated to 450°F (63°C). Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature becomes that high.

6. You have the option to broil the pork chops for a couple of extra minutes if you want a crunchier exterior.

Remove the pork chops from the oven after they are done cooking and set them aside to rest for 5 minutes before you serve them.

8. Plate the Parmesan Baked Pork Chops and serve them hot, with whatever sides you choose. Savor!
