It’s a delicious morning treat that offers convenience without the weight often associated with a traditional breakfast. A nod to French cuisine, these egg bites have been adapted for an easy on-the-go breakfast or a leisurely brunch in your garden oasis.

While these egg bites are delicious on their own, pairing them with a lightly dressed salad can add a fresh, lively touch to your meal. • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Non-stick cooking spray or butter for greasing
  • Fresh chives, finely chopped for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 190 °C (375 °F) and lightly coat the muffin tin with a spray wand or butter.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and cream until smooth.
