Check out these crazy, yet super useful Toothpaste Uses In Garden And Home! We have included the best ones!

1. Polish Metal Pots

If you want to make your favorite pots look like new, take a small amount of toothpaste on a soft cloth and rub it over the surface. Use tepid water (not hot) while rinsing and wipe dry before storing away for next time.

It’s a well-known fact that toothpaste removes tarnish. All you need to do is rub some on your copper pot, leave it for five minutes before wiping away any residue with warm water and then rinse off!

2. Pest Control

Toothpaste is the best way to keep pesky pests away. Simply draw a circle of pea-size toothpaste around your plants, and you will not be bothered by crawling insects like slugs or ants that find this smell repulsive!

3. Heal Bug Bites From Itching

Bugs can be pesky little creatures, but there are a few tricks you might not know to keep them at bay. For starters- apply toothpaste on bites and scratches as soon as they happen! This will help reduce itching and alleviate any pain or itching you encounter.

4. Prevent Poison Ivy Itching

If you ever brush yourself accidentally with poison ivy, then don’t worry. Apply some toothpaste on the affected area to heal your itchy skin and stop any future outbreaks from happening!

5. Cure Bee Sting

Using an alkaline toothpaste on the bee and hornet sting helps neutralize their venom. Simply dab a small amount of it where you were stung, then wash away with water!

6. Clean Vases and Jars

Do you have a vase that needs to be rejuvenated? Say hello to the toothpaste hack!

Simply mix up some of your favorite flavor and apply it inside, shaping around jar or pot as needed. The calcium will do all of this for you, and your vase will be like new again!

7. Clean Bathroom Sink

You can make your sink shine again by dropping a small dollop of toothpaste in and scrubbing with the help of cloth or sponge. Rinse well, then wipe off any residue using a dampened paper towel!

8. Scrub the Toilet

I can’t believe how amazing this toothpaste is. You just put a bit in the toilet, scrub away with your brush and it will clean any stain or leave fresh aroma behind!

9. Clean Bathroom Mirror

Toothpaste is a great way to make your bathroom sparkling. Just take some on damp cloth and wipe the mirror before moving in small circles, allowing it dry thoroughly before cleaning off with another towel.

10. Clean Shoes

Rubbing a little toothpaste onto your sponge or cloth is all it takes to get rid of scuffs on leather shoes. Use the same technique for cleaning other fabric-based materials like vinyl and linings, but don’t try this trick with suede leather shoes because it’s not safe!

11. Clean Cell Phone Screen

A little toothpaste can buff away small scratches from the phone screen. To complete this process, wipe with a damp cloth and allow it dry before you put your device back together again!

What do you think? Will you be trying some of these uses again?
